Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Define and execute the strategic accounts vision, playbook, and growth strategy across enterprise restaurant chains and FMCG/brand partnerships.
2. Own the full commercial relationship with a portfolio of Tier-1 accounts, serving as the executive sponsor and ultimate escalation point.
3. Lead high-stakes negotiations and long-term partnership agreements with national and multinational QSR and casual dining chains.
4. Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Strategic Account Directors and Managers across markets.
5. Establish clear performance metrics, account health frameworks, and operating rhythms.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. 10+ years in commercial, sales, or account management roles, with at least 4+ years at a senior director or equivalent senior leadership level.
2. Proven track record managing large, complex enterprise accounts (restaurant, retail, FMCG, or platform/marketplace preferred).
3. Experience in a high-growth tech or platform environment strongly preferred.
4. Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing commercial teams.
