Roles & Responsibilities

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Strategy and Business Development Manager to join their team in Riyadh .


Job Summary
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive
strategies to expand the company s business and achieve its long-term goals
through innovation, market analysis, building strategic partnerships, achieving
sustainable growth, and increasing the company s market share in targeted
sectors and geographies.


Responsibilities and Duties
  • Develop and implement strategic and
    business plans aligned with the company s vision and objectives.

  • Monitor market trends and changes,
    and provide recommendations to enhance the company s competitiveness.

  • Prepare market analysis reports and
    competitive landscape studies.

  • Identify and explore new business
    opportunities to expand the company s reach.

  • Build and maintain strategic and
    operational partnerships with relevant stakeholders.

  • Oversee the development of the
    company s strategic and operational initiatives.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to
    ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Evaluate the performance of
    implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments.

  • Identify and assess potential risks
    to the company s plans and propose mitigation measures.

  • Prepare periodic performance reports
    for senior management and stakeholders.

  • Represent the company in official
    meetings and partnerships relevant to business development.

  • Carry out any other tasks assigned
    by the CEO.




Requirements


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience :
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning or business
    development, preferably in manufacturing, trading, and related industries.

  • Training and Certifications:
  • PMP or equivalent certification.

Job Competencies

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage
    cross-functional teams.

  • Strong ability in strategic analysis and decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of market analysis and detailed business plan preparation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with various
    internal and external stakeholders.
