We are currently seeking a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join a well-established casual dining health-focused restaurant in the heart of Jumeirah.

This opportunity is perfect for a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with guests, and understands the high standards expected within Dubai s competitive hospitality scene.

Role Requirements

  • Currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews and a trial shift
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a UAE restaurant
  • Good communication skills in English plus an additional European / CIS / Balkan language (Mandatory due to international clientele)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities
  • Flexible, adaptable, and confident personality
  • Warm, outgoing, and service-driven attitude
  • A genuine interest in healthy living and wellness concepts is a strong advantage
