Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar roles (e.g., technicians, helpers, masons, carpenters, steel fixers, welders, drivers, etc.).
Source candidates through agencies, job portals, walk-ins, referrals, and overseas partners.
Coordinate with project managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Shortlist, screen, and interview candidates to match skill levels and project specifications.
Arrange trade tests, technical assessments, and client interviews.
Manage documentation for visa processing, offer letters, and onboarding formalities.
Liaise with overseas recruitment agencies and ensure timely mobilization.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and manpower deployment reports.
Ensure all recruitment processes comply with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Support bulk recruitment drives, open days, and campaigns in the UAE and abroad.
Prepare periodic recruitment status reports for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in blue-collar recruitment within construction, MEP, manufacturing, or facilities management sectors.
Strong knowledge of GCC labour categories, trade tests, and overseas recruitment procedures.
Experience coordinating with India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and African recruitment agencies preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and recruitment tracking systems (ATS/HRMS).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
