Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of HCM and HRMS systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality, data integrity, and user acceptance.
  • Manage and coordinate testing activities across different modules and integrations, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and ensure successful system deployments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in technical principles.
  • Requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in HCM and HRMS system implementations, showcasing a deep understanding of industry best practices.
  • Demonstrates strong experience in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud or similar HCM systems implementations and testing, highlighting specialization in the field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as Workday Pro, SAP HCM Certification, or Oracle HCM Cloud certification, demonstrating industry recognition.
