Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

ROLE PROFILE

  • Oversee the recruitment delivery plan for assigned functions or demand sprints, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and business needs.
  • Facilitate regular reviews and delivery check-ins to keep hiring progress on track and in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for their specified company, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
  • Contribute to weekly/monthly dashboards and strategic TA reporting.
  • Regularly review and refine recruitment processes in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with Human Capital and Employee Life Cycle to facilitate a smooth pre-onboarding process for new hires, enabling their seamless integration into the company culture.
  • Monitor progress across multiple roles and team members, identifying risks or delays early and initiating corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • University Degree preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • 5-7 years in Talent Acquisition with strong track record in recruitment management Business Administration
  • Competency based interviewing skills with experience assessing candidates against job requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools and Interviewing skills / techniques
  • Demonstrable previous experience of operating within an in-house recruitment environment.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence with credibility at all levels.
