Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 4 7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and compensation practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software, analytics tools, and data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
