Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- Design and implement competitive compensation frameworks based on market benchmarks.
- Support HR data analysis and reporting to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Assist in workforce planning and HR projects aligned with the company s 2026 expansion objectives.
Requirements:
- 4 7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and compensation practices.
- Proficiency in HR software, analytics tools, and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
