Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth within the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and create tailored job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.

  • A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record in sourcing and hiring top talent - preferably Retail / healthcare

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the tech industry or a high-growth startup, to understand dynamic hiring needs.
