Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
  • Post job openings, manage applications, and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and shortlist qualified applicants.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process and support new hire integration.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
  • Support employer branding and candidate engagement activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within real estate development, construction, or property management sectors in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and hiring regulations.
  • Proven experience sourcing talent for technical, commercial, and corporate roles within real estate projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholder.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong networking abilities and familiarity with the UAE job market and industry-specific talent pools.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
