Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for critical and volume logistics roles, including operations, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain functions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best talent fit.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce plans.
  • Provide expert guidance on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Coordinate interview processes and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring journey.
  • Communicate effectively and maintain timely follow-ups with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics using the ATS.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance hiring efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports on hiring progress, pipeline status, and market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years of talent acquisition experience within the region, with at least 2 years focused on logistics or supply chain roles. Strong knowledge of the logistics labor market and familiarity with operational and technical job profiles. Proven success in using various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
