Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber professionals aligned with the company s values and goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create targeted job descriptions.
- Design and execute organizational development programs focused on employee engagement, leadership development, and performance management.
- Conduct regular analysis of organizational structures and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support employee growth and organizational change initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key talent acquisition and OD metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout all recruitment and development activities.
- Support the onboarding and integration of new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company culture.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of organizational development principles and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, or any relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
