Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting to onboarding)

  2. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements

  3. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies

  4. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders

  6. Use job boards, social media, and networking to attract candidates

  7. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  8. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

  9. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  10. Stay updated on hiring trends and labor market conditions

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  2. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

  3. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  5. Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines

  6. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
