You ll gain hands-on AI experience and develop a future-proof skillset while contributing to a fast-moving, high-impact product.What You ll DoFull-cycle recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offersCollaboration with hiring managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, create job descriptions and interview questions tailored to specific position requirementsBuilding the talent pipeline: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs, by qualifying candidates through phone screens and implementing successful sourcing strategiesSourcing: Actively search for and engage potential candidates through a diverse array of resources, such as social media, internal databases, job boards, networking, online searches and eventsCandidate relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processData analysis: Maintain accurate databases of potential and current candidates in our ATS and monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring processWhat You BringHave a bachelor s degree (in human resources, business or a related field) or higherHave 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on Product roles full-cycle recruitment in an in-house setupProven expertise in building technical and product teams.Have strong communication and interpersonal skills: you can take the lead in a conversation, but you also know when it s time to listenHave experience working with targets and KPIs and love resultsTake initiative, multitask, prioritize and manage time effectivelyHave high energy and a positive attitudeBe comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWhat s In It For YouBeing part of a fast-growing scale-up environment where you can make an impact from day oneWorking in an international team, surrounded by passionate and dedicated colleaguesDevelop yourself in the direction you love most.
