Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, , job offering, hiring).
- Coordinate with department managers to identify manpower needs.
- Develop and update job descriptions and competency profiles.
- Support organizational structure and workforce planning initiatives.
- Participate in HR policies, procedures, and OD projects.
- Support performance management and change management initiatives.
- Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, turnover ratio
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 5 years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with competency-based interviews and HRIS.
Well familiarity with Egyptian Labor Law.
