Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist - Mass Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end mass hiring initiatives to fulfill high-volume recruitment needs across multiple business units.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
• Coordinate and conduct large-scale recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and assessment centers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and provide consultative support throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of mass hiring campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and ethical recruitment practices.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future mass hiring requirements.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization s reputation as an employer of choice.
