Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end mass hiring initiatives to fulfill high-volume recruitment needs across multiple business units.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
- Coordinate and conduct large-scale recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and assessment centers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and provide consultative support throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of mass hiring campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and ethical recruitment practices.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future mass hiring requirements.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization s reputation as an employer of choice.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on mass or high-volume hiring.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Ability to analyze data and recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural and diverse environment.
- Flexibility to work onsite and adapt to changing business needs.
