Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within the medical spa, gym, and clinic departments.

Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Draft, post, and optimize job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers.

Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping.

Facilitate a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.

Coordinate and participate in job fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Assist in developing and implementing employer branding strategies to enhance GROOVY Medical Spa s reputation as an employer of choice.

Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational policies related to recruitment and employment.

Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous process improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR function.

Familiarity with recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working in the medical, wellness, or hospitality industry is an advantage.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
