Technical Requirements
- Ability to design and update job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Skilled in analyzing hiring needs and coordinating with department heads.
- Experience in employer branding and enhancing candidate experience.
- Ability to prepare weekly and monthly recruitment dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking and market standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-7 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment in Construction field is a Must .
- Proven experience in handling senior-level hiring and technical or specialized roles.
- Experience in implementing or managing ATS systems is preferred.
- Deep understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
- Strong ability to source hard-to-find candidates using advanced sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interviewing and competency-based assessment skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict hiring deadlines.
- High proficiency in recruitment analytics.
- Strong command of English (spoken & written).
