Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies that attract top talent while reflecting the company’s brand and culture.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments, utilizing behavioral and situational techniques to gauge fit and potential.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment journey.
- Organize and participate recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, ensuring a solid educational foundation.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within a corporate environment sourcing for Construction projects; 5 years in Large size civil infrastructure construction Projects in GCC.
- Proven expertise in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to streamline processes.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and ethical hiring practices, ensuring compliance and fairness in recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in social media recruiting and digital sourcing techniques to reach passive candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence hiring managers and stakeholders effectively.
