Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Full lifecycle recruitment of candidates including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and extension of offers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers and applicants
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidates information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
  • Composing emails informing new hires and existing employees of policy changes
  • Participate in salary negotiations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related field
  • 3+ Years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role
  • Experience in hiring different levels of local and international candidates
  • Time Management, Negotiation Skills, Organization Skills, and Working under pressure
  • Knowledge in multiple sourcing channels
  • Previous working experience in engineering consulting industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of Saudi Labor law is preferred
  • Strong Knowledge in MS Office
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
