Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Full lifecycle recruitment of candidates including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and extension of offers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers and applicants
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Assess candidates information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Composing emails informing new hires and existing employees of policy changes
- Participate in salary negotiations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related field
- 3+ Years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role
- Experience in hiring different levels of local and international candidates
- Time Management, Negotiation Skills, Organization Skills, and Working under pressure
- Knowledge in multiple sourcing channels
- Previous working experience in engineering consulting industry is preferred
- Knowledge of Saudi Labor law is preferred
- Strong Knowledge in MS Office
- Fluent in English and Arabic
