Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for the company
Utilize the Odoo system for recruitment and HR management
Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process
Support HR initiatives related to talent acquisition and workforce planning

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
Strong English communication skills and mandatory Arabic speaking skills
Hands-on knowledge of Odoo system
Prior experience in real estate recruitment is a plus
