Roles & Responsibilities


Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment activities across ERTH Group entities, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality talent aligned with business needs. The role involves supervising recruiters, coordinating with stakeholders, managing vendors, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and UAE labor regulations. The role will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager


Key Responsibilities

 

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate, hospitality, F&B, events, operations, and project-based roles.

  • Coordinate manpower planning with department heads and operations teams.

  • Ensure recruitment timelines meet operational and business requirements.

  • Support bulk hiring, seasonal recruitment, and large-scale mobilizations.

Team Supervision

  • Supervise and guide Talent Acquisition Specialists/Coordinators .

  • Allocate requisitions, monitor workload, and ensure recruitment KPIs are met.

  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to the TA team.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and operational priorities.

  • Manage recruitment agencies, casual agencies  and manpower suppliers.

  • Ensure vendor compliance with SLAs, documentation, and invoicing timelines.

Selection & Onboarding

  • Screen, shortlist, interview, and coordinate assessments.

  • Ensure offer letters, joining documentation, and onboarding processes are completed on time.

  • Liaise with HR Operations, Visa/Admin, and Payroll teams for smooth onboarding.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and MIS reports.

  • Prepare regular recruitment status reports for management review.

Process Improvement & Employer Branding

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

  • Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment drives.

  • Promote ERTH Group as an employer of choice.

  • Leverage ERTH career page, job portals and social media for cost effective candidate sourcing.



Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s /Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5–7 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in hospitality, events, or multi-business environments.

  • Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices.
