Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for vacant positions as well as onboarding new hires.
- Follow up with accepted candidates to prepare hiring documents and schedule a suitable time for contract signing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
- Develop networks and partnerships to actively build and maintain a candidate pipeline database.
- Represent the company at recruitment events, provide job information, and conduct interviews with applicants.
- Track and support recruitment activities with HR-specific KPIs.
- Conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring the process is engaging, accurate, and followed correctly.
- Support other HR functions, including training and performance management.
Desired Candidate Profile
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent across various functions.
