Roles & Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

Majid Al Futtaim s Talent Sourcing Senior Specialist will support the company s talent strategy by identifying and mapping top talent across targeted segments. The role uses multiple sourcing channels and the ATS to build strong candidate networks and partners with Talent Acquisition Business Partners on active searches. The Sourcing Specialist also helps identify candidates for critical roles aligned with the broader workforce plan.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Support Global Solutions with a dotted-line report to the TA COE and Operating Companies, collaborating across teams (including remotely).
  • Identify and pipeline high-quality candidates using strategic sourcing methods, networks, and digital tools.
  • Build talent maps for targeted industries and regions.
  • Use SAP SuccessFactors ATS to manage candidate data, track sourcing activities, and maintain accurate talent records.
  • Partner with TA Business Partners to understand hiring needs and support ongoing searches.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with organizational workforce plans.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sourcing metrics to provide insights and reports to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws while managing multiple requisitions and sharing market and talent intelligence.

Desired Candidate Profile

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 4+ years in talent sourcing or acquisition, ideally in a corporate or shared service environment; research and recruitment experience is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other sourcing tools.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and channels.
  • Analytical & Organizational Skills: Excellent research, data analysis, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Interpersonal Competencies: Strong communication, collaboration skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
