Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruitment consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Drive new business development while managing and growing existing client relationships
- Set recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and market demand
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure service excellence and delivery standards
- Manage daily team operations in line with company policies and processes
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide coaching and development support
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide market insights to clients and stakeholders
