Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Source, attract, and engage qualified technical candidates for engineering and project management roles within the power plant and large-scale plant construction sectors.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for permanent, freelance, and long-term positions.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and project needs.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive networking, direct outreach, and leveraging online platforms.
Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely feedback to both candidates and hiring teams.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and professional communication.
Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and best practices in technical recruitment.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top technical talent and promote INP s values and culture.
1. Technical & Domain Knowledge
- Understanding of technical job roles (in the power (power plant) business)
- Ability to read and screen technical CVs
- Knowledge of skills, certifications, tools, and technologies relevant to client requirements
- Awareness of industry standards and compliance (especially for overseas manpower supply)
2. Recruitment & Sourcing Skills
- End-to-end recruitment process knowledge
- Sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, headhunting)
- Search and keyword optimization
- Candidate screening and technical pre-interviews
- Interview coordination and feedback management
- Offer negotiation and closing skills (together with Commercial / HR)
3. Client & Requirement Management
- Ability to understand client technical requirements clearly
- Translating job descriptions into candidate profiles
- Managing bulk hiring and tight timelines
- Stakeholder communication and expectation management
Handling change requests and urgent demands
4. Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Critical for dealing with diverse candidates and international clients.
- Clear verbal and written communication also in English language
- Candidate counseling and engagement
- Relationship building with clients and candidates
- Conflict handling and follow-ups
- Cross-cultural communication (important for overseas manpower)
5. Documentation & Compliance Skills
- CV formatting and standardization
- Documentation handling (passports, visas)
- Knowledge of visa processes, and compliance
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS reports
6. Organizational & Time Management Skills
- Prioritization and multitasking
- Working with deadlines and bulk recruitment targets
- Data tracking and reporting
Coordination with operations, HR, and mobilization/commercial teams
