Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Traditional Arabic Food Maker to join for one of our prestigious Restaurant (Al Ain) in Al Ain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic Emirati and Arabic foods, sweets, breads, and snacks while maintaining excellent food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards. The candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and support daily food production operations professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare traditional Emirati and Arabic foods, sweets, breads, and snacks
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and food presentation
- Follow kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Support daily kitchen production and operational activities
- Properly handle, store, and manage ingredients and food items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area
- Work efficiently during busy operational hours
- Assist the kitchen team in meeting daily production targets
Requirements
- Previous experience(1-3 years) in Arabic or Emirati food preparation
- Knowledge of traditional local sweets, breads, and snacks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
