Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Traditional Arabic Food Maker to join for one of our prestigious Restaurant (Al Ain) in Al Ain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic Emirati and Arabic foods, sweets, breads, and snacks while maintaining excellent food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards. The candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and support daily food production operations professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare traditional Emirati and Arabic foods, sweets, breads, and snacks
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and food presentation
• Follow kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Support daily kitchen production and operational activities
• Properly handle, store, and manage ingredients and food items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area
• Work efficiently during busy operational hours
• Assist the kitchen team in meeting daily production targets

Requirements

• Previous experience(1-3 years) in Arabic or Emirati food preparation
• Knowledge of traditional local sweets, breads, and snacks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
