Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Trainer or Coach within the Foreground Network, you will be considered for client engagements that match your subject-matter expertise and facilitation style.
Assignments are outcome-driven and typically involve senior stakeholder interaction. You will be expected to operate as a credible facilitator and trusted development partner, delivering engaging, practical, and measurable learning interventions aligned with business objectives.

Independent engagement through the Foreground Learning & Transformation Network.

All assignments are governed exclusively by project-specific Statements of Work (SOWs).

Desired Candidate Profile
Demonstrated experience delivering programmes to senior leaders and executive teams.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to align learning interventions with business strategy.
Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, high-impact sessions (virtual and/or in-person).
Ability to operate independently and deliver measurable outcomes.
Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc Organizational Development, Psychology, Leadership or equivalent).
- Accredited coaching certification (ICF, EMCC or equivalent).
- AI, digital transformation or innovation certifications are highly valued.
- Experience working across multiple sectors and geographies.
