Missions
Definition of the company's training policy
Identify the training areas to be developed in relation to the company's strategic directions and the HR department's policy.
Develop a coherent educational project linked to Magpharm's overall objectives and critical skills
To act as an advisor and support to managers and employees on all matters relating to training.
Development of the training plan
Gather the needs expressed by employees, managers, and staff representatives
Conduct an analysis to identify collective and individual needs
Validate the training plan for decision-makers.
Budget preparation
Define with management and monitor the annual or multi-year training budget.
Optimize the funding methods for the various training programs.
Prepare potential funding applications
Implementation of the training plan and projects
Organize internal professional training courses using occasional internal trainers acting as "professional experts"
Ensure the implementation of the training plan (preparation of reports and specific studies).
Drafting specifications for training projects related to the various existing schemes: professional interview, trainee contract and work-study programs and skills assessment, interview.
Launching calls for tenders to meet specific operational needs
Meet and select external service providers (training organizations, consulting firms) according to the educational requirements of the training plan.
Establish a system for evaluating training activities carried out
Measuring the evolution of the company's performance in the short and medium term
Identify areas for development, develop progress plans to optimize the impact of training actions.
Administrative management of training courses
Monitor the implementation of the training plan and projects in compliance with agreements and legal obligations.
Conduct regulatory monitoring of the company's legal obligations.
Prepare tax returns, manage mandatory contributions and apprenticeship tax, and produce educational and financial reports.
Develop partnerships with different training institutions.
Participate in training-related events and represent the company
Training and Learning Effort Portfolio
Compile the training and learning effort portfolio.
Prepare summaries of achievements according to the current model.
Submit the training and apprenticeship effort file.
Collect the certificates of effort in continuing education and apprenticeship within the established deadlines.
Desired profile
Bac +5 (master's) training specializing in sociology, psychology, social sciences, law, communication/human resources management, training engineering/business management.
Knowledge of the organization's jobs and processes
Excellent oral and written communication skills and mastery of presentation and meeting facilitation techniques
