Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing menus and offering assistance with seating arrangements, creating a welcoming first impression.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to minimize errors and expedite service.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring correct presentation and responding to any guest requests or concerns.
  • Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs, proactively refilling drinks, clearing finished plates, and offering additional items.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, showcasing familiarity with the industry.
  • Basic food handling and safety certifications are a plus, indicating a commitment to hygiene standards.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress is needed, highlighting practical expertise.
