Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Craft delectable waffles and shakes, mastering batter consistency and flavor combinations to create memorable treats.
- Operate and maintain waffle irons, blenders, and other equipment, ensuring optimal performance and cleanliness for food safety.
- Prepare and assemble ingredients, including fresh fruits, sauces, and toppings, following recipes and maintaining inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders efficiently, answering questions, and handling complaints with a smile.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Food handler's permit or equivalent certification, showing a commitment to food safety standards.
- Prior experience in a food service environment, preferably in a similar role.
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or cafe setting, showcasing familiarity with food preparation.
