Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing menus and offering assistance with seating arrangements, creating a welcoming first impression.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently while ensuring clarity and attention to detail.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining a consistent pace and anticipating guest needs throughout the dining experience.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including daily specials, and address guest inquiries with confident expertise.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional hospitality training is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a restaurant setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of table service protocols and guest interaction.
  • Possession of any relevant food safety certifications and responsible alcohol service certifications.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, showcasing adaptability and proficiency in service.
