Greet and seat guests courteously, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.

• Serve food and drinks in accordance with hotel service standards.

• Check guest satisfaction during service and promptly address any concerns or requests.

• Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and ensure cleanliness in the dining area.

• Handle billing procedures, present checks, and process payments efficiently.

• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to assist guests with inquiries or dietary needs.

• Assist with buffet setups, room service orders, or banquet functions when required.

• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality qualification preferred).

• 1+ years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, or fine dining environment an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing procedures.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or walk for long hours.

• Capable of lifting and carrying trays, dishes, or beverage containers.
