Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently, ensuring accuracy in order placement and presentation to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Provide personalized service by anticipating guest needs, making recommendations, and accommodating special requests to create memorable dining experiences.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, setting and clearing tables promptly to uphold the restaurant's standards of cleanliness.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system, ensuring guests receive correct bills and handling cash responsibly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in hospitality or food service can be an advantage.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred, showcasing the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene, demonstrating knowledge of health regulations and safe food handling practices.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus, enabling better communication with a diverse clientele.
