Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet customers with a warm, friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing a keen attention to detail to ensure all requests are met.
  • Provide expert knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and dietary restrictions, to guide customers in their choices.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring orders are complete and presented beautifully to enhance the dining experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service-related courses preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, showcasing a proven ability to multitask.
  • Certification in food safety and handling, ensuring compliance with health regulations and enhancing customer confidence.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages as a strong advantage in diverse dining settings.
