Roles & Responsibilities

**Role Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the UAE. This full-time, on-site role involves managing and growing sales operations across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing client accounts, leading the sales team, and consistently achieving or exceeding targets.


**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage sales activities across the UAE
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of medical representatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize results
- Minimum of 6 years of managerial experience in the UAE
- Pharmaceutical & Multiple product line exposure
- Proven ability to lead a sales team and drive revenue growth
- Strong skills in sales management, account management, and business development

Desired Candidate Profile

Ability to analyze market trends and sales data effectively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English is required, Arabic nationality preferred
