Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from client acquisition and job intake to candidate sourcing, assessment, placement, and post-placement support. The ideal candidate will combine business development, stakeholder management, and talent delivery expertise to drive successful hiring outcomes and build strong client relationships.

  • Master the art of sourcing top-tier talent through innovative and proactive methods, going beyond traditional job boards.

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates, becoming a trusted advisor in their career journey and hiring needs.

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including in-depth interviews and skill evaluations, to ensure the best fit for each role.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client brief to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Hold relevant certifications, such as a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) or similar, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.

  • Have at least 4 years of experience within the recruitment industry, with a focus on 360-degree recruitment.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of various industries, with experience in sectors like IT, Construction, Finance, or Healthcare being advantageous.
