Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from client acquisition and job intake to candidate sourcing, assessment, placement, and post-placement support. The ideal candidate will combine business development, stakeholder management, and talent delivery expertise to drive successful hiring outcomes and build strong client relationships.
Master the art of sourcing top-tier talent through innovative and proactive methods, going beyond traditional job boards.
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates, becoming a trusted advisor in their career journey and hiring needs.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including in-depth interviews and skill evaluations, to ensure the best fit for each role.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client brief to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Hold relevant certifications, such as a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) or similar, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
Have at least 4 years of experience within the recruitment industry, with a focus on 360-degree recruitment.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of various industries, with experience in sectors like IT, Construction, Finance, or Healthcare being advantageous.
