Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the creation of Purchase Requisition and ensure all Purchase Orders are closed on time and conduct reconciliation with end users on Open PO'S monthly/ Perform vlookup on ADDC utilities and ensure charges to the correct Cost Centre./ Oversee supplier/lease payment on time and provide update to vendor and coordinate directly with Accounts payable./ Prepare monthly accruals on operational/contractual/utilities expenses and monitor reversal accordingly and conduct monthly GL entries reconciliation./ Lead supplier reconciliation regularly and address unsettled invoices on timely manner.
Support and assist line manger for the conduct of budget forecasting and preparation.
Manage departmental expenses for assigned areas in alignment with the approved budget and promptly report any discrepancies and ensure budget trackers are updated and completed on time.
Support Line manager for the conduct of revenue reconciliation with accounts receivable team and follow up on actions.
Maintain lists of financial records and provide data to stakeholder as necessary.
Support administrative requirements where needed and conduct regular inventory on pantry supplies, hygiene consumables, and similar functions
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3 years experience in Accounting or Finance administration field.
- Bachelor s degree in Finance and Accounting
