Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze client portfolios to identify growth opportunities and recommend tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and account performance metrics to stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to create targeted campaigns that drive account growth.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, address concerns, and strategize for future growth.
- Provide training and support to clients on product usage, ensuring they maximize value from the services offered.
- Assist in the development of account management policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise with clients promptly and professionally, maintaining a focus on relationship preservation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions that benefit clients and the company.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective client interactions and presentations.
A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities to address client needs and challenges swiftly.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and capable of managing individual workloads.
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages can be an asset, especially for multinational accounts.Arabic prefered
A bachelor's degree in business administration prefferef
Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving sales targets, demonstrating strategic thinking and execution capability.
Experience using CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot) to manage accounts and track performance metrics is highly desirable.
