Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dependable and organized Administration Officer to oversee and manage daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will support office efficiency by handling documentation, communication, scheduling, and coordination between departments.br> br>Key Responsibilities:br> br>Manage and maintain office systems, including filing, records, and documentation.br> br>Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as correspondence, scheduling, and coordination.br> br>Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.br> br>Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and facilities.br> br>Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.br> br>Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.br> br>Support HR and finance teams with documentation, travel arrangements, and logistics.br> br>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.br> br>Assist in organizing meetings, events, and company activities.br> br>Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and administrative protocols.br> br>Qualifications:br> br>Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.br> br>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).br> br>Strong organizational and time management skills.br> br>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.br> br>Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.br> br>Knowledge of office management procedures and standard practices./span>_x000D_
