Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage all documentation, filing, scanning, printing & archiving • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare meeting rooms • Draft letters, emails, and maintain logs/records • Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally • Support HR & other departments with daily administrative tasks
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements: • 1–2 years of proven administrative/office support experience • Experience in UAE corporate environment is a strong advantage • Excellent English (written & spoken); Arabic is a Must. • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Familiar with PDF tools, cloud filing (Google Drive/Dropbox), and scanning apps • Excellent telephone manners and customer-service attitude • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize • Professional appearance and positive attitude • Can handle confidential information with integrity • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Immediate joining preferred.
