Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Processing applications for pensions, regular and lump-sum savings, and insurance cases
Managing and chasing the new business pipeline to ensure applications complete efficiently
Liaising with providers, trustees, pension schemes, and internal teams
Managing policy servicing: valuations, withdrawals, assignments, transfers of agency, letters of authority
Communicating with clients and advisers via email, telephone, and written correspondence
Updating Plume, Salesforce, and internal systems to maintain accurate client records
Handling incoming provider documents, notifications, and admin workflow items
Desired Candidate Profile
1 year experience in financial services, ideally supporting advisers
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Proactive mindset, reliable delivery, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Tech confident and comfortable learning new systems
