Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Account Manager to support our Account Management team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional passionate about financial markets and fintech to gain hands-on experience in client relationship management, trading services, and business development. You will work closely with senior Account Managers to deliver outstanding client experiences and contribute to the growth of Amana's client base.


Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Relationship Building:

  • Assist Account Managers in managing and servicing a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.

  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day communications via phone, email, chat, and social channels.

  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, including documentation collection, KYC/AML verification coordination, and platform orientation.


Account Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, notes, and activity logs in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Prepare client reports, account summaries, performance dashboards, and presentations for internal and external use.

  • Track and follow up on pending tasks, client requests, and escalations to ensure timely resolution.


Client Engagement & Retention:

  • Assist in executing client engagement campaigns, including follow-up calls, re-activation outreach, and satisfaction surveys.

  • Share relevant market updates, educational content, webinar invitations, and promotional offers with clients under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Monitor client activity levels and flag at-risk accounts to the Account Manager for proactive retention efforts.


Sales & Growth Support:

  • Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities and escalate qualified leads to Account Managers.

  • Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly KPIs, including client retention, deposits, and trading volume targets.

  • Assist in coordinating client events, workshops, and seminars (both virtual and in-person).


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Liaise with internal teams — including Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and Product — to resolve client issues and relay feedback.

  • Assist in gathering client insights and market intelligence to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.

  • Support compliance-related tasks, ensuring all client interactions and documentation meet regulatory standards.


Learning & Development:

  • Continuously develop knowledge of financial markets, trading instruments (stocks, forex, CFDs, commodities, crypto), and Amana's platform features.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments in the MENA/GCC region.

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and mentorship programs.


Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in account management, client services, sales support, or a similar client-facing role.

  • Keen interest in financial markets, trading, and fintech.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is highly preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and/or Google Workspace.

  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-player mindset.

Desired Candidate Profile

Nice-to-Have:

  • Internship or prior exposure to forex, brokerage, banking, or financial services.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).

  • Basic understanding of trading platforms (MT4/MT5, cTrader, or proprietary platforms).

  • Knowledge of KYC/AML processes and regulatory frameworks (SCA, DFSA, CySEC).

  • Additional language skills (French, Turkish, Urdu, Hindi, etc.) are a plus.

  • Relevant coursework or certifications in finance or investments (e.g., CFA Level 1, CME, Bloomberg Market Concepts).
