Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Help manage kitchen inventory by tracking stock levels and assisting in ordering supplies as needed.
• Participate in menu planning and development by contributing innovative recipe ideas and seasonal specialties.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Food safety certification, such as ServSafe, is essential to ensure compliance with health standards.
• Experience in various cooking techniques and cuisines to diversify menu offerings.
