Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and monitoring food safety and HSE policies.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections of kitchens, storage, and food handling areas.
- Support risk assessments, audits, and corrective action plans.
- Maintain food safety and HSE documentation and reports.
- Train staff on hygiene, safety, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in Food Technology.
- Certification: HACCP certification is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in India in food safety / HSE roles.
- Knowledge: Food safety standards, hygiene practices, and HSE procedures.
- Communication: Basic to good English communication.
