Role Requirements
Previous UAE experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Senior Supervisor in a fine-dining or 5-star luxury restaurant environment
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a multicultural team to deliver world-class service
Strong understanding of luxury service standards, guest journey, and guest recovery
Experienced in floor management, service coordination, and reservation flow management
Confident in handling VIP guests, guest feedback, and special requests with professionalism
Experience with rotas, staff scheduling, and basic cost awareness
Excellent communication skills in English plus an additional European or Latin language
Must be currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews
