Roles & Responsibilities

Support daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.

Supervise and guide restaurant staff to maintain service standards.

Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle customer feedback professionally.

Assist in managing inventory, staffing, and shift planning.

Maintain hygiene, quality, and presentation standards in line with brand expectations.
