Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
Supervise and guide restaurant staff to maintain service standards.
Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle customer feedback professionally.
Assist in managing inventory, staffing, and shift planning.
Maintain hygiene, quality, and presentation standards in line with brand expectations.
Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for seamless operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in a sushi restaurant is mandatory.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Passion for Japanese cuisine and high-end hospitality service.
Ability to manage daily operations efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
Strong knowledge of team supervision, shift management, and guest service excellence in luxury dining environments.
