Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the kitchen team in daily food preparation and production.
Prepare ingredients such as cutting vegetables, measuring, and organizing supplies.
Support chefs and supervisors in maintaining smooth kitchen operations.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
Assist in food portioning, packaging, and labeling.
Help with receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Maintain organized kitchen tools and equipment.
Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the central kitchen.
Desired Candidate Profile
Basic experience in central kitchen, restaurant, or food production preferred.
Knowledge of basic food preparation and hygiene practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Hardworking, reliable, and responsible attitude.
Physically fit and able to stand for long working hours.
Candidates available in UAE and ready to join immediately preferred.
