Roles & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively manages the coordination of deadlines to support the whole team
  • Prepares for and participates in client meetings, ensuring all appropriate materials/reports are ready
  • Takes responsibility for coordinating meeting minutes and tracking actions
  • Compiles regular analysis and summary reports for specific clients and for new business opportunities
  • Regularly provides teams with competitor, stakeholder and sector intelligence
  • Collaborates regularly with the Teneo EU offices as well as other global locations

Basic requirements

  • For Associate Consultants, one-two years experience in public affairs and/or policy communications
  • For Consultants,minimum three years of professional experience in public affairs and/or policy communications
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Possesses a structured and analytical writing style
  • Evidence of collaboration/working as part of a team

Preferred requirements

  • Experience in conducting research and generating insights for new business
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects
  • Reliable and responsive with a positive attitude and willingness to get involved
  • Ability to demonstrate or effectively acquire in-depth knowledge of our clients' business and industries
  • A degree in a relevant area such as economics, law, political, social, or communication sciences
