Roles & Responsibilities

  • Craft unique and seasonal pastries, breads, and desserts that elevate the overall menu and reflect the bakery's identity.
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with local health regulations.
  • Experiment with flavors, textures, and presentation techniques to create visually stunning and delicious baked goods.
  • Supervise and train junior staff, sharing techniques and fostering a collaborative environment to enhance team skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a recognized bakery or pastry program.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a high-volume bakery or pastry kitchen.
  • Certifications in food safety and sanitation, demonstrating a commitment to best practices.
  • Proven ability to create a variety of pastries and breads, showcasing technical proficiency.
