Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Portal Management

Upload, manage, and update listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other property portals.

Ensure all listings meet portal compliance standards, including quality scores, verification, and content requirements.

Optimize listings using high-quality images, videos, accurate descriptions, and proper tagging to increase visibility.

Regularly refresh and repost listings to maintain portal ranking.

2. Lead Management & Reporting

Monitor incoming leads from portals and ensure they are correctly assigned to agents.

Track lead performance, quality, and conversion rates for management review.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports showing leads generated, cost per lead, and agent performance.

3. Data & Content Accuracy

Coordinate with agents to collect accurate property details, floor plans, and updated images.

Verify property details (location, price, size, availability, etc.) before publishing.

Maintain organized records of all listings and their update cycles.

4. Account Optimization

Maintain company accounts on Property Finder and Bayut with updated branding and contact details.

Liaise with portal account managers to ensure smooth operation and to implement new features or offers.

Keep track of portal subscription usage, packages, and credit consumption.

5. Marketing Coordination

Work with the marketing team to align listing content with social media and advertising campaigns.

Suggest improvements in listing quality, presentation, and keyword strategy to increase lead volume.

Support in creating digital brochures or links for property promotions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with a real estate brokerage in Dubai.

Strong knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle backends and listing policies.

Familiar with CRM systems

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of active and compliant listings maintained.

Average portal quality score (Property Finder & Bayut).

Lead generation rate and lead-to-deal conversion ratio.

Timeliness and accuracy of listing updates.

Reporting consistency and responsiveness to agent requests.
